TECTONIC STRUCTURE
BRIEF
The study of anthropometrics and ergonomics are incorporated into our studies and after, in a group of 18, we set out to design a structure in relation to a chosen banal movement to enhance the space. Bamboo is used as the dominant material of this structure to introduce joinery techniques and tectonic studies
OUTCOME
A 1:1 tectonic structure made out of bamboo consisting of 8m3 volume along with key orthographic drawings that elaborate on the design which are presented in 4 x A2 boards which also consists of abstract tattoo stamps for the design deriving from project 1

To incorporate relaxation and chilled themes into the banal activity dominantly consisting of lounging and sitting poses
INTENTION
To design a practical space, balanced in nature, focusing on relaxation and comfort. For university students as well as lecturers to use the space to unwind during breaks
