MASTERPLAN PROPOSAL

BRIEF

As a collective team, our batch divided the tasks within multiple sub groups to effectively collect site data and provide a thorough site analysis. Then, in our tutorial group, we provided a design response and proposed a new masterplan layout for the USJ 9 community park.

OUTCOME

A full set of orthographic drawings of the new masterplan proposal, visual renders, a physical model and diagrammatic analyses to showcase our proposal and concept.

It was a hectic first three weeks as we had a lot to do. However i had fun and learnt a lot about accommodating a community and the project helped to improve my design process alot.
