IBS DOCUMENTATION
BRIEF
In groups of 5 within the tutorial group, we were tasked with documenting the Industrialized Building Systems that made up the Block E building of Taylors University. It included providing a detailed report and using BIM software to document all the various components.
OUTCOME
A detailed digital model showcasing the IBS components and their methods of construction, coupled with a detailed report documenting all the various components and finally the IBS score for Taylors Block E building, with proposed improvements to score.

SELF REFLECTION
At first it was an overwhelming amount of information to process. However, after a few weeks of struggling, we figured out the processes behind documenting such a large amount of components and divided the tasks according to each of our strengths, which in turn resulted in a very detailed .rvt model and a complete digital report.
