MOVIE POSTER
BRIEF
Through exploration and conceptualization of various ideas, we are to produce a movie poster that represents a poetic connection to our personality, using visual fenestrations and different techniques.
OUTCOME
An A3-sized movie poster is manually produced with application in different hand drawing techniques and an attempt at rendering through the medium of water color. Two other A5 draft movie posters are also produced for idea conception and development of design.
MOOD BOARD
INSPIRATION FOR THE CONCEPT IS DERIVED HERE AND THE BOARD IS USED AS A BASE FOR VISUALISATION OF THE DESIGN IN IDEA. AN APPROPRIATE COLOR SCHEME IS ALLOCATED FOR THE THEME HERE AS WELL.

RUBY ROSE
NARRATIVE
The basic plot of this movie is about a man who got his heart broken by a women named Ruby Rose, who then seeks to get over his broken heart through meditation and an approach to mindfulness. He seeks out this enlightenment within himself to the point that he detaches from all his worldly possessions and lives out an year away from the world we know, in the more suburban areas, where he eventually practices monkhood. The movie concludes following his realization that his enlightenment came only thus truly knowing Ruby Rose (Movie does not present his name), thus giving an emphasis on the fact that his journey was not his own. This suggests that his journey was more of a period of imprisonment rather than that of enlightenment.
